Pre sale services were good and shipment arrived in time. However, two of the suits from my order were not delivered as I ordered. Both suits were totally different designs which I was disappointed with.
When contacted on the mobile number, we were asked to contact another person for further assistance. The person initially was trying to convince us to keep the suits or was advising other articles. We explained that we had checked all the available stocks and did not like any of them and would like refund of our money which he refused saying that it can only be exchanged and their new collection is coming out soon. Why would I wait for any new collection and even if any new collection is coming, why is my money not refunded now?
In short, Since two of the suits I ordered were not delivered, I requested a refund straight away as it is a clear MIS-SELLING and very unprofessional service of this company.
